The GEA-IAP Art Exhibition 2026 is a prestigious international art event hosted at the iconic Louvre Museum, Le Carrosel du Louvre in Paris. Organized by the International Art Panorama (IAP), this annual exhibition brings together exceptional young artistic talent from around the world — including participants from China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan), Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the United States, and many more.

To ensure your submission meets the standards of the GEA-IAP Art Exhibition 2026, please follow the guidelines below when preparing your digital artwork:

- Accepted File Formats: PDF, PNG, or JPG
- File Size Minimum: 5MB, Maximum: 10MB
- File Naming Format
- Final Submission: FirstName.LastName_GEA-IAP2026 Example: Brian.Lee_GEA-IAP2026.png
- Practice Submission (optional): FirstName.LastName_Practice Example: Brian.Lee_Practice.png Submitting a practice artwork may increase your acceptance rate.
- Theme Restrictions Submitted artworks must not include themes related to religion, politics, war, satire, or other sensitive content.

Our team will assist you with the mailing process to our Paris office and provide packaging and logistics instructions. Note: Artists are responsible for all shipping costs and customs arrangements. Original artwork submissions must also meet the deadline of the batch you are applying for.

- Reference Letter – issued by the Principal of the France Public Academy of Fine Arts, suitable

- On-site photography
- A collection of all exhibited artworks
- Highlight Video – a professionally produced video (shared via cloud drive or USB)
- On-Site Experience – including:

To participate in the GEA-IAP Art Exhibition 2026 at Le Carrousel du Louvre, artists are required to pay an exhibition fee based on the dimensions of your submitted artwork.

- Whole Wall Board (2.5 m × 6 m): $7,000
Note: Adult artists applying for the Whole Wall Board must confirm your theme with the GEA-IAP organization. This format offers enhanced visibility and promotional placement within the exhibition halls.
