Fragrant Citrus Liu Bao
"Fragrant Citrus Liu Bao" Health Tea was first crafted in the deep autumn of 2019 using Zhejiang Jinhua’s "Jin Xiang Yuan" golden citrus silk. The process begins with selecting the traditional variety of golden citrus, harvesting fully ripened fruits after the Winter Solstice, and then processing them through over ten meticulous steps—cleaning, slicing into silk, withering, sun-drying, mild fermentation, and roasting. This is then blended with Guiqing Liu Bao tea (fermented with spring water in 2018 and aged for three years), whose clear and mellow aroma complements the citrus’s subtle fragrance. The combination is pressed into small tea cakes and refined over a week. The golden citrus lends a delicate, ethereal aroma, while the aged Liu Bao imparts a rich, enduring depth.
